Doctorate of Nursing Practice (DNP)
The Northeastern DNP program is a practice-focused doctoral program that will prepare nursing leaders for the highest level of clinical nursing practice in the discipline.
Students will develop the clinical, organizational, economic and leadership skills to design and implement programs which significantly impact health care outcomes and have the potential to transform health care delivery.
Graduates will be able to affect the healthcare delivery system by evaluating the evidence base for nursing practice, becoming leaders in the clinical arenas, establishing standards and policies, and meeting the needs of today's diverse healthcare systems.
